Wedge Tail Gin

Named after one of Australia's most iconic birds, the Wedge Tail Gin is bold, dry, and unapologetically itself. We use a single botanical - juniper berries - steeped using the traditional bathtub method to extract every ounce of flavour, character, and that distinctive golden hue. The result? A clean, dry gin that lets the juniper do all the talking. Serve over ice or with your mixer of choice.
